Privacy policy
Nothing on this site tracks you. There are no analytics, no cookies and no third-party scripts, and the fonts load from our own server rather than Google’s. Unless you send us the quote form, we collect nothing about you beyond what any web server writes to its logs.
Who is responsible
Olimpmir LTD, Business Center Butterfly, Ring Road 42, 1415 Sofia, Bulgaria.
We are the controller of the personal data described here. Anything about this policy goes to office@olimpmir.eu or +359 87 886 0100.
What the quote form asks for
- Company — optional.
- Name — optional.
- Phone or email — required, because otherwise we cannot answer you.
- What you are packaging — required, because it is the thing we quote.
- How it ships today — optional.
What goes in the description is up to you. Please leave out anything you would not put in an ordinary email.
Why we may hold it
We use it to answer your enquiry and to quote your part. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — steps taken at your own request before entering a contract.
Separately, the form keeps a one-way hash of your IP address so it cannot be used to fire off hundreds of messages. The address itself is never stored. The hash stops counting after an hour and is deleted the next time the form is used. The basis for that is Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in keeping the form working.
We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to anyone else for their own purposes. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.
Where it goes
A submission is not stored on this website. It is sent straight on as an email to office@olimpmir.eu, and that email is the only copy we keep. Two companies handle it on our behalf:
- Website hosting — the company whose servers this site runs on. The message passes through them on its way to our inbox, and the hash is kept there.
- Email — the provider that carries the message to our inbox and holds the mailbox.
- Stored outside the European Economic Area — no. Nothing about a submission leaves the EEA.
Our host also keeps the ordinary server access logs every website has, which include IP addresses, under its own retention rules.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept while the enquiry is live, and afterwards only for as long as we might need them if you come back to it — then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- object to or restrict what we do with it;
- hand it over in a portable form.
Email office@olimpmir.eu and we will answer within one month.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Bulgarian supervisory authority: the Commission for Personal Data Protection, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, kzld@cpdp.bg, cpdp.bg.
